UBER UNA ALTERNATIVA NECESARIA PARA EL TRANSPORTE DE PASAJEROS

El presente trabajo se centra en la problemática generada por el uso de la plataforma tecnológica denominada Uber, aplicación que tiene por fin el ofrecimiento de intermediación para la celebración de un contrato de transporte entre el usuario y el conductor, con el cual se presta un servicio que generalmente resulta más confortable para el usuario. El epicentro de la problemática en el ámbito colombiano gira en torno al señalamiento que el Gobierno realiza frente a la plataforma al aducir que este tipo de plataformas no están habilitados para desarrollar el servicio que ofrecen, debido a que no se encuentran conformadas como una empresa legalmente habilitada, cometiéndose así una indebida interpretación del servicio brindado a través de la aplicación.
ABSTRACT
This paper focuses on the problems caused by the use of the technology platform called Uber, which aims to apply the provision of intermediation for the conclusion of a contract of carriage between you and the driver, with which a service is provided which it is generally more comfortable for the wearer. The epicenter of the problem in the Colombian area revolves around the signaling that the government takes off the platform in arguing that such platforms are not entitled to develop the service they offer, because they are not shaped like a company legally enabled and be committed an error in interpreting the service provided by the application.
