Abstract

In order to comply with institutional goals and ideals, each police officer is entrusted with his or her own tasks, such as patrolling, requisitioning, accompaniment and intervention (just to mention the most common). In this regard, a review will be made of police conduct derived from their powers, which in a context such as the Colombian one may arise in circumstances of labelling and victimization by state agents.
