The third issue of the journal pays homage to the maestro Manuel Antonio Coral Pantoja, renowned jurist, who was a professor and dean of the Faculty of Law, and rector of the University of Nariño. The presentation is made by Dr. Manuel Antonio Coral Pabón, current professor full time of our Faculty and descendant of the illustrious teacher.
