ANALISIS DEL ORDENAMIENTO BIOFISICO Y AMBIENTAL DEL MUNICIPO DE CONSACA (NARIÑO)

Abstract

El estudio se realizó durante el año de 1999, en el municipio de Consacá; de acuerdo a la ley 3 88 de 1997 y al decreto reglamentario 879 del 13 de mayo de 1998, en donde todos los municipios del país deben orientar el proceso de planeación y ordenamiento territorial. Siguiendo esta obligación del estado se hizo el diagnóstico biofìsico que corresponde a la caracterización ambiental del municipio, definiéndose los aspectos geológicos, climáticos, hídricos. edáfícos ecológicos, geomorfológicos, de amenazas y riesgos naturales y antrópicos, y de unidades de paisaje, obteniéndose un análisis integral del estado ambiental del municipio de Consacá

Como resultado se presenta la zonificación de! uso del suelo rural paia los próximos 9 años de acuerdo con las características ambientales territoriales y la reglamentación propuesta por el Ministerio del Medio Ambiente.

ABSTRACT

This study was done in 1999, in the municipality of Consacá following effective legislation, the law 388 of 1997 and the compulsory decre # 879 of 13 May, 1998 where all municipalities of the country should lead the planning processes and it's own territorial arrangement. Following this obligation of the stale the biophysical diagnosis was made and it corresponds to the environmental features of the municipality, defining it's geological, climatic and hidrolic aspects as well as it's •ecological edaphic and geomorphological, natural and anthropic threats and risks , including handscape units; this way we got an integrated analysis of the environmental aspect of Consacá.
