ANALISIS DE ALGUNOS PARAMETROS CLIMATICOS DEL ALTIPLANO DE PASTO, NARIÑO, COLOMBIA

Abstract

La presente investigación se llevó a efecto con registros meteorológicos del Centro Regional de Investigación "Obonuco”, ICA, Pasto,Nariño, Colombia.

La zona estudiada está localizada en el Altiplano de Pasto, situado entre los 2,500 y 2.800 m s n m,  tiene una precipitación, temperatura y humedad relativa promedias de 815,4 mm 13, 1°C y 73%, respectivamente.

Se estudiaron las variables precipitación, temperatura, humedad relativa, brillo solar, evaporación y balance hídrico. De la precipitación se analizaron tres aspectos tales como son promedio mensual y anual, número de días con precipitación y precipitación máxima 24 horas. Los registros fueron sometidos a un análisis estadístico en el cual se determinó desviaciones estándar, coeficiente de variación y amplitud media.

Los resultados indican una alta variación de la precipitación a través de todo el año, distinguiéndose dos épocas opuestas bien definidas como son Julio y Agosto a Octubre y Noviembre. La precipitación media mensual es de 67,8 mm y su distribución es mayor durante el segundo semestre.

La temperatura no presenta mayor variación a través del año. El brillo solar está afectado por la alta nubosi­dad de la región. A los más importantes cultivos de la zona (papa, maíz y trigo) se les determinó el balance hídrico por el método del tanque de evaporación, encontrándose déficit de agua según sean sus épocas de siembra.

ABSTRACT

This research was carried out using meteorological measurements from Research Regional Center ICA Obonuco, Pasto, and Nariño, Colombia.

The studied zone is located m Pasto Upland to 2,500-2.800 masi with average precipitation, temperature and relative moisture of 815,4 mm,  13.12C and 73%, respecti­vely.

Precipitation, temperature, relative moisture, sun shine, evaporation and hydric balance were studied for to analyze the precipitation were taken into account the monthly and annual average, number of days with precipitation and maximum precipitation in 24 hours. The dates were analyzed statically to determine the standard deviation, variation coefficient and means amplitude.

The results show high variability in the quantity of precipitation at the year two opposite and definite periods were detached; the months of July and August and October and November. The monthly means of the precipitation is 67,9 mm and the distribution is greater during second se mester.

The Temperature shows small variation at the year the sun shine is affected by the high cloudiness of the zone. The hydric balance was determinated according to evaporation tank method and a water deficit was found according to the distribution of planting epoch.
