EFECTO DE PRÁCTICAS DE RECUPERACIÓN DE UN SUELO DE LADERA SOBRE LA CAPACIDAD PRODUCTIVA DE FRÍJOL ARBUSTIVO EN EL CORREGIMIENTO DE MAPACHICO, MUNICIPIO DE PASTO, DEPARTAMENTO DE NARIÑO.

Abstract

La presente investigación corresponde a la segunda fase del trabajo realizado por Bravo y Bravo (2005), que consistió en el establecimiento del sistema agroforestal y la práctica de actividades agroecológicas en un suelo de ladera ubicado en el corregimiento de Mapachico al occidente de la ciudad de San Juan de Pasto. En esta fase, se analizó el efecto de las prácticas de recuperación de suelos utilizadas mediante la implantación del cultivo de fríjol arbustivo para evaluar la producción de grano seco. Una vez finalizada la fase de establecimiento del sistema agroforestal y la incorporación de los materiales vegetales al suelo, se realizó la siembra de fríjol arbustivo (Phaseolus vulgaris L.) variedad ICA – Bachué, en los callejones previamente guachados con adición de abonos verdes y caldo microbial; y sirviendo como testigo la no alteración del suelo, ambos bajo la influencia del componente arbóreo acacia japonesa (Acacia melanoxylon), pichuelo (Senna pistaiifolia), y alcaparro gigante (Senna viarum).

ABSTRACT

This study is the second phase of the work carried out by Bravo and Bravo in 2005. the objective was the establishment of an agroforestal system and the practice of agroecological activities on a slope soil located in Mapachico west of Pasto.

The objective of the present phase was to analyze the effect of soil recovery practices used through the implementation of shrub bean crops, evaluating dried grain production. Finished the phase of establishment of agroforestal system and incoporation of vegetal materials to soil, ICA variety Bachue of shrub bean (Phaseolus vulgaris) was sieeded into alleys which previously were uncultivated as well as the addition of green manures and microbial broth, as a check was used soil non disturbed. Altreatments were under the influence of japanese acacia (Acacia melonoxylon), pichuelo (Senna pistasiifolia) and gigant caper (Senna viarum).
