EVALUACIÓN PRELIMINAR DE UN ARREGLO AGROFORESTAL EN LINEAS DE LAUREL DE CERA Myrica pubescens CON PAPA Solanum tuberosum Y AJO Allium sativum Y SU INFLUENCIA SOBRE ALGUN PROPIEDADES FISICAS Y QUIMICAS DEL SUELO

Abstract

El trabajo se realizó entre mayo del 2000 y noviembre del 2001, en el Ce de Investigaciones Agropecuarias y Biológicas (CIAB) de la Universidad Nariño, ubicada a 2820 msnm, temperatura promedio de 12^o C, precipitad promedio de 1000 mm anual y 900 horas sol / año. Se evaluó un arre agroforestal en líneas de laurel de cera monocultivo (T1), laurel intercalado c papa (T2) y laurel de cera intercalado con ajo (T3). Se determinaron algunos parámetros físicos y químicos del suelo; además se conoció el efecto del componente agrícola sobre el desarrollo del laurel y adicionalmente se evaluó la productividad de los cultivos intercalados.

El diseño estadístico fue de bloques completos al azarcón tres tratamientos tres repeticiones, desarrollando Andeva.

En el T1 se encontró incrementos del 1 % en materia orgánica, y los promedios generales para las propiedades físicas (humedad gravimétrica, densidad aparente,  densidad real, porosidad total y conductividad hidráulica) a dos distancias del árbol (3m y 6m) y su interacción no presentaron diferencias estadísticas significativas. Situación similar se obtuvo en el sistema con ajo (T3).

En el (T2) LC// papa se encontró diferencias estadísticas significativas para altura de plantas y profundidad efectiva de la raíz; encontrándose que plantas muestreadas lejos del árbol presentan los mayores promedios. La productividad de los sistemas, no mostró diferencias estadísticas significativas.

ABSTRACT

The project took place between May 2000 and November 2001, in the Farming and Biological Research Centre (CIAB) of the University of Nariño, Situated 2820 metres above sea level, with an average temperature of 12°C, an average annual rainfall of 1000 mm and 900 hours of sunlight a year. An agro-forestry Arrangement in lines of monoculture (Myrica pubescens) (T1), {Myrica [albescens) crossed with potato (Solanum tuberosum) (T2) and (Myrica pubescens) crossed with garlic (Allium sativum) (T3) was tested. Some physical and chemical parameters of the soil were determined as well as finding out the oiled of the farming component on the development of the (Myrica pubescens) unci later the productivity of the crossed crops was tested. The statistical element was a random block design with three treatments and three repetitions, using Andeva.

In T1 Increases of 1 % in organic material were found, and the general averages lor the physical properties (gravimetrical moisture, apparent density, real density, total porosity and hydroid conductivity) at two distances form the tree (3m and 6m) and its interaction didn't present any significant statistical differences. A Similar situation was apparent in the system with garlic (T3). In T2 significant statistical differences were found with the potato, in so much as the height of the plants and the effective depth of the roots, finding that the plants sampled far from the tree presented larger averages. The productivity (Ton / ha) of the systems, didn't show significant statistical differences.
