The Miguel de Cervantes Virtual Library is a Spanish library that brings together Hispanic works online. Its primary goal is to promote Hispanic culture. It was created in 1999 on the initiative of the University of Alicante and with the sponsorship of Banco Santander and the Marcelino Botín Foundation.
AURA is the platform through which AmeliCA aims to reflect the overall status of scientific journals regarding open access policies and rights of use for scientific publications.
