Modelo de responsabilidad social para la empresa privada con ánimo de lucro

Globalization, corruption and unsustainable growth in the world in economic, social and environmental challenges that organizations face in developing their activities as a result have developed numerous approaches that manage and address within companies, however so far not managed to build a model of a coherent, comprehensive and harmonious to these needs. As a result, the development of this research has been outlined in a first approximation a model of corporate social responsibility to resolve these dilemmas the company faces in its business structure through threedimensional Bioethics Business, Enterprise and Eco-optimization Eco-development- that cut across the entire organization through six components of business management, organizational, Financial & Accounting, Information System, Human Talent, Marketing and Products & Services.
Finally, it is necessary to clarify that this document will be only the presentation and explanation of the proposed model, since in the course, the authors are developing the application, confrontation and feedback of the theoretical model with the real business as a second phase of research hope to present later.
