Una visión en el proceso de la toma de decisiones en las empresas del siglo xxi desde la gestión de la información

During recent years have increased the tools designed to analyze the information as a key factor for decision making in the company, key business management. It is considered that the information is a resource that is in the organizational and financial resources, material and human, which so far have been the measure for evaluating the effectiveness and efficiency of business skills. If the traditional economic theory held capital, land and labor as factors of study, information has become now in the fourth resource to be managed, beyond the concept of the Information Economy to become a branch of the Economy.
From the business point of view knowledge of the environment, in a much more complex and changing, creates a more pressing need of information for decision-making, both to address new markets and to spare the company from external elements that may affect its stability. The interest of external information, should not detract from interest in the control of internal flows of information that the company generates derived from its operation.
Finally, one should not forget the very information that the company projects abroad, data, in turn, they become external information to other companies that absorb the information.
