Abstract

The labor unemployment of Pasto, have historically been above the national average, a situation that is of concern for thousands of people in the Borough.

Think of an exit in the long term it is a task that requires a public policy incorporate not only the recognition of its outstanding fund characteristics, but also adopt a theoretical position that has to be articulated to a strong political will and institutional participation.

This document aims to provide some of those elements and skills in the horizon to develop a Public Policy Employment Pasto.
