Abstract

A review of the literature on the localized agri-food systems (SIAL) approach was carried out to analyze and discuss the implementation in the agro-industry of the state of Veracruz. You can consult the indexed journals and the books to buy this approach like other Agroecosystems (AG), Agroalimentary Chains (CA), Product-System (SP), New Rurality (NR) and Value Chain (CV) to identify similarities, contrasts, advantages and disadvantages with the SIAL; On the other hand, check the statistics on the production of the milkmaid, the national level and the state, the production systems, the suppliers of the raw material, the information on the types of cheeses in the country and Veracruz. Under the current conditions of production, production, sanitation and marketing the approach and methodology of the Localized Agro-Food Systems (SIAL) in a first stage, of the application in the Agroindustry Quesera of the state of Veracruz; cannot yet be an alternative for the characterization of the types of cheeses by regions as well as the promotion, promotion and projection of the artisan cheese industry in the state for the sake of a Geographical Identification, Denomination of Origin or Collective Mark of Region of Origin. What is required is participation, organization as well as the integration and development of the sector where all the actors are represented and involved.
