Gestão do conhecimento: caso de uma entidade do setor público colombiano

Este artigo apresenta os resultados da incorporação de uma iniciativa de gestão do conhecimento em uma organização do setor público colombiano, bem como seus benefícios, facilitadores organizacionais e dificuldades nela vivenciados. O estudo foi desenvolvido sob uma metodologia qualitativa de âmbito descritivo. Foi utilizado o método de estudo de caso, para o qual foram analisados documentos relevantes e realizadas entrevistas semiestruturadas com funcionários-chave da organização. Os resultados mostram que a Entidade desenvolveu um modelo de gestão do conhecimento e ferramentas para operá-lo, permitindo avançar na construção de uma cultura organizacional voltada para o conhecimento. Por outro lado, facilitadores como liderança e tecnologia devem ser trabalhados com mais ênfase. O exposto mostra que a gestão do conhecimento vem ganhando um espaço relevante, ao mesmo tempo que apresenta a importância de alguns facilitadores para sua incorporação. A pesquisa contribui para as práticas de gestão do conhecimento que estão sendo trabalhadas no setor público como pilar da inovação.
