Inovações de negócios e seus fatores determinantes: ajuda pública, capital humano e relacionamento com o ambiente industrial

Resumo

Considerando que a inovação desempenha um papel relevante no ambiente atual de negócios, este artigo analisa o efeito da ajuda pública investida em ciência, tecnologia e inovação na obtenção de resultados inovadores em empresas industriais na Colômbia. Para tanto, verificamos três hipóteses, a primeira orientada para saber se a probabilidade de obtenção de resultados inovadores aumenta quando as empresas recebem financiamento público para atividades de pesquisa e desenvolvimento, a segunda verifica se a probabilidade de obtenção de resultados inovadores depende de a qualificação do capital humano, e o terceira verifica se a probabilidade de obtenção de resultados inovadores aumenta quando as empresas se relacionam com diferentes instituições de seu ambiente. Os dados das empresas industriais de 1989 foram obtidos a partir da VII Pesquisa de Desenvolvimento Tecnológico e Inovação e foram analisados ​​por meio de um modelo de regressão logística que busca predizer o resultado de uma variável categórica a partir de variáveis ​​independentes. Os resultados respondem às hipóteses levantadas, indicando efeitos positivos e significativos dos auxílios públicos à I&D na obtenção de resultados inovadores, bem como um efeito moderador da qualificação dos capital humano e da capacidade das empresas para interagirem com os diferentes actores do seu âmbito. meio Ambiente.
