Abstract

The proposal of Antonio Garcia about socialism as a system of life inside of the humanism philosophy, for this reason the author defines it as “a philosophy, an economy, and political that consider the capitalism is on crisis and it is unable to overcome from itself and it can not to solve the vital problems of most people” The concept is developing from three concepts: the economy (about basis, development and planning), the philosophy and the politics should overcome the beginning raised by Marxism and recreate them in the light of contemporary events.

The author does not consider to socialism how universal system laws applicable to some country at any time of history, but if a development it should address the specific historical conditions of each country. However, his postulates were enrolled in the rationalist and progressive principles, own of the capitalist formations it was questioned for him.
