The theory of complexity and the intercultural philosophical thought, are at present, two perspectives from which prosecutes Western rationality, a rationality that led to the setting of our traditional universities in Venezuela. This paper aims to propose a model of university, from a critical perspective, that could overcome the defects inherited that have locked the campus in itself, and could allow them to open knowledge to those people’s fundamental concerns.
