Abstract
The present article is about the result of the
experience obtained in the formation process
as a teacher. It presents topics which were
more relevant during the process. It includes
aspects such as school discipline, refusal to
study and family and institutional support,
those are classified as factors that directly have
influence in the teaching-learning process,both, inside and outside the classroom. In
addition, some appreciations are given in
relation to facts that occurred in the course of
the experience.
