Abstract

The present article has as purpose to analyze the experiences evidenced in the field of education during the school year A of 2017, in the English area, in the high school Technical Industrial of Pasto. Through the present academic article, teachers in training might the opportunity to analyze deeply each of stages trough which teachers must pass in their teaching process. Throughout the teaching process the training teacher must traverse certain kind of difficulties, restrictions, and some challenges which have allowed teachers having an idea more clear about the education reality.
