Abstract

The purpose of this article is to take into consideration the main social actors of the school that are constituted by: the educational institution where, most of the time, the teachers are in charge of imparting knowledge. Although they also help to train people integrally through their philosophy of life. Likewise, students are found to fulfill different roles such as receivers of knowledge and people who are being trained to improve their realities and the ones of those around them. Finally, parents who tend to be the main benefactors in the educational process of their sons and daughters; therefore, they are closely involved in the course of this, in which their role gets transformed according to the school stage in which the minors are. In conclusion, for the proper functioning of a school the full participation of the actors is necessary.
