Liderança de equipe virtual: estudo bibliométrico

Resumo

O objectivo deste artigo é apresentar uma revisão bibliométrica sobre os tópicos relacionados com a liderança em equipas virtuais, mostrando as suas tendências, a evolução na produção científica, as revistas de maior impacto, os autores mais distintos. Do mesmo modo, foi utilizado um estudo de aglomeração e concordância no software VOSviewer; como resultado foram encontrados 192 documentos de pesquisa num período de 1998 a 2020 através de uma equação de pesquisa formulada na base de dados Scopus; mostrando um interesse crescente em relação à liderança em equipas virtuais. Finalmente, como principal descoberta, foram encontrados cinco clusters bibliográficos (CB) que poderiam estabelecer novas linhas de investigação documental e de campo sobre liderança em ambientes digitais.
