LA ACTUALIZACION DEL PROYECTO EDUCATIVO COMO ALTERNATIVA PARA EL MEJORAMIENTO INSTITUCIONAL

Abstract

In this article, different aspects related to the Institutional Educational Project and the importance of its self-evaluation are addressed in order to make subsequent adjustments for its updating according to
the needs and requirements of the community, taking as an object of study the P.E.I. of the Normal School Superior de Pasto, based on a checklist to acquire information about the P.E.I.'s own components (administrative and financial management, community management and management) as well as the importance that each of these has, taking into account laws and decrees that support it, such as the General Education Law of 1994. On the other hand, the benefits of updating and improving educational projects in institutions are disclosed, adapting to the contexts in which they find, since each establishment faces a different reality and it is the duty of educational organizations s watch over the well-being and training of its students.
