A detailed review of each of the characteristics that
involve cultural diversity and the care of vulnerable
populations within an educational institution was
carried out in order to establish the influence that
administration and human resource management
have on the development of pedagogical projects.
To this end, different publications that highlight
the aforementioned issues were examined and an
educational institution in our city was taken as an
example. The purpose of this article is to propose
ideas of teacher training, from the concurrent multicultural
context in the classrooms. It also shows the
importance of considering inclusion as an educational
policy of priorities and continuity for teaching
practices, being the main challenge of education to
build a diverse context without isolation and exclusion.
