Abstract

Cyberbullying is a term that in recent years has gained relevance with the arrival of technology, especially in the educational environment, in which it is common to observe the increase in cases of abuse that include threats, intimidating messages, publication of compromising photos and spreading of rumors, as a result of this, the victims suffer multiple damages that affect their personal, academic and social lives. This is why institutions must be prepared to face these new challenges by using prevention strategies and providing the necessary support so that students feel comfortable reporting any case of cyberbullying.
