The Carpal Tunnel Syndrome (CTS) is the disorder of nervous comprehension most common of the higher extremity. This affects the 10% of total population and the 50% of worker people as a result; of overuse for repetition or forced movements which are required in a lot of daily activities. About this topic, it was done a research in the administrative area of the Institutions Educative. The purpose of this research was to
analyze, workers situation with regard t the risk exposure factors which contribute to the beginning of this pathology and thereby it could be possible o design prevention measurements. It was structured two questionnaires. The first one was focused to assess the working part and the other to identify the personal characteristics of workers. Ten people distributed in three levels (directives, secretaries and auxiliaries). It was found in this research as one of the main results that there is no knowledge about Carpal Tunnel Syndrome and its prevention. 68.2% of women and 43.1% of man have risk of personal, working and ergonomic type.
