A descriptive study was conducted with of 80.000 population, to identify the users satisfaction level at the partial subsidies health system in Pasto city. A survey designed for this purpose were applied. The results indicated that people using the services to pregnant women care, high cost, and orthopedic trauma care, rated excellent by 73% in the IPS
and 80% at the EPS. Aspects related to this calification were: time table and hours of attention, choice of doctor, nurse-patient communication and comfort in the waiting room and consultation.
