Artificial Intelligence (AI) has transformed numerous
aspects of society, and education is no exception. Its
application in teaching across various disciplines has
opened up new possibilities for improving the teachinglearning
process, providing advanced tools that can
personalize education, improve accessibility, and offer
new ways of interacting with knowledge.
It must necessarily be recognized that the ethical use
of AI requires the restructuring of the communicative
relationship between teacher and student, a process in
which a common linguistic code must be established,
which allows for education, not the transmission of
information. The ethical training of those who use it is
such that it is important to analyze the impact of artificial
intelligence on the teaching of disciplines, since this will
influence the way in which students acquire knowledge
and skills, in order to achieve more personalized and
effective learning, adapted to the individual needs of each
student, in which the importance of understanding how
artificial intelligence can transform educational processes
is recognized, providing new teaching and learning
opportunities and not being afraid of the use made of it
by teachers, students, administrators or parents.
This article aims to explore the impact of artificial
intelligence on the teaching of various disciplines, as
well as to analyze the advantages and disadvantages
of its implementation in the educational field, initially
presenting a brief introduction to Artificial Intelligence
and its relationship with education, to subsequently
address the different approaches and applications of
artificial intelligence in the teaching of specific disciplines
and thus achieve an analysis of the benefits and
challenges that its integration in the classroom entails
and finally, some conclusions will be presented about
the impact of artificial intelligence on the teaching of
disciplines.
